Still struggling to reclaim a deposit (I should not have left) to hold the car. The fees they charge seem outrageous and theres no real understanding of what they are for. They were selling this car with super high mileage for way too much if you ask me, while it was clean it is still a risk.

Took car in for a engine mount job. Had flat tire and needed a detail on car. I got a loaner which I appreciated. I was able to pick it up on Sat. which helps with my schedule. Someone did forget to give my extra tire, which I requested, but thanks Halerio! for fishing it out on Sat. for me. Service is very easy to deal with and help out when they can. Thanks again for a seamless experience.

Service team made a thorough check as always. Recommend needed repairs but not pressuring to have it done in their shop. And as always car comes our washed and at least the front cabin is vacuumed. They used to also vacuum the back but not lately. Totally satisfied.
