I liked the convenience of coming in for service the day I called. A gas cap was ordered, as it was missing. I was called in 2 days that it was delivered. I requested an oil change as well & was advised it would take 15 - 45 minutes. There was comfortable seating, so I could wait until work was done.

Customer service lied amount price of oil change on phone. When I received the bill it was 40.00 more. I inquired if the washed the car when finished and was told of course. The car was not. I will be going back to Jack Daniels where they are excellent.

It took almost an hour to correct my repair bill. Because I paid with a check I had to show my driver license. In the process and confusion it was not returned to me. Communication between managers was lacking. On my way home, the check engine light came on, and I had to return. It was another two hours that afternoon before the problem was it's determined and corrected. I liked how everyone worked together in the end to fix all of these problems. And everything turned out for the best. It was very convenient for me to send a courier to my home to return my license. I liked the courtesy car that I got. it had many nice features.
