“Nice, respectful and polite. Will answer all your questions and help you make the right decision. I didn't buy the car this time, but I will go there again.”
“Had a wonderful, pressure-free experience. Vehicle and sales person was waiting upon arrival to view car. Took the time to talk and explain about the vehicle answering all questions.”
“I had a very good experience. It was very straight forward and the process was simple. Wonderful car salesman and the dealership itself was clean and the showroom was immaculate! Highly recommend.”

“Communication with the dealer was excellent. Overall a GREAT experience. While we did not buy from them due to the distance, I whole heartedly reccomend them!”
“Overall it is what to expect from a used car dealership. Come in prepared: know about which vehicle(s) you will be checking out through the Carfax reports, ask questions on any concerns, know about any issues and how the dealership may have fixed it/diagnosed the issue, but most importantly if you are paying in cash you need to be prepared to have the money the day you find what car you want. My only concern was that even with a cash down payment, they still offered the car I wanted to other customers (after down payment + light paperwork signed). While it feels frustrating and unethical, they have the right to do that even with specific paperwork signed. You must know that the down payment may not be refundable as well, really showing the importance of having the check ready to go if you are paying in cash. I was happy to get back to the dealership a couple days after I put the down payment in just so I can secure the vehicle. Ultimately, the dealership is trying to make money and don't be shocked when they do. Some reviews say it was bad for reasons that aren't always in the dealerships control. You need to know about the car and its issues before going there as well as knowing typical issues with the brand/model. While they did try to expedite things, you also have to understand that they are selling something and their time is money. They had no problem with me any time I needed to step out to talk things over with a friend/family member (obviously), but that's what I did and recommend to anyone going there. Bottom line, it's a small shop with a large selection of very nice cars. While I was nervous during the process of buying the car, afterwards I was able to appreciate the services that 101 Motors provided. It's also on you to make sure you receive the appropriate paperwork + warranty info. about the car your buying. They should be a bit better making everything organized, but it's on you to cover your own back on that as well. If I had to get another car I would likely head back there simply because of how they worked with me on pricing + warranty. Even though it seems overly detailed/fake because it's hard to trust customer reviews these days, I'm completely unbiased and would humbly say this review is truly accurate to my experience and what you should expect going here for a car. I bought my car in mid-April 2026. This is as up-to-date as you will get for this place as of today. Just want to help future clients understand what to expect while giving the dealership the credit they deserve for providing me with a very nice car for a good price.”
“The people were very nice, but it was so busy we had to wait awhile and the same salesperson was helping multiple people, so therefore things took even longer. We did purchase our car from here after some negotiating.”
