The dealer is a bait and switch dealer charging dealer prep fees over 2000. When you inquire, remember to add on almost 3000 to the sticker price. The dealer knows nothing about each car. It may even the salespersons first time in the car when you test drive. There is no inspection or dealer preparation completed, except to drive or transport from the auction.

Sales people were very nice. The finance manager blew the whole deal
He added 2000 to the price of the vehicle and called it prep fee. He also upped the Finance rate after we had an approved rate with Capitol one. He then tried to add a warranty for 2200.00 without telling us. We went to another lot and bought a van without any hassle

Came on time for a scheduled appointment,with everything intention of buying the car I spoke to them about. I was shocked to find out it was already sold that morning. Having traveled over an hour and a half to get there I was furious. I got the feeling it was sold long before my appointment and they only cared to sell me another car. Terrible experience I will pass along what happened to me so nobody else gets treated like this. Excuse was lots of people make appointments and don't show up.

Car was advertised in high 5k just under 6k my husband went to check out car we liked it Issue happened when he started to say car charges would bring it over 9k - the biggest extra charge was $1800 for dealer Prep i never heard of this - so told him we didnt want dealer prep. he must of had another customer because he then wouldnt accept my credit card i gave my husband and said he would hold car only with zelled $1500 deposit to hold car. there was no issue with my card. We live in Ny and thus dealer was in NJ -luckily za family member lives in NJ and went in our stead and put it on their personal credit card. of course I reimbursed him immediately with personal check HOWEVER I lost a promotion of zero CHARGES FOR 24 months had I used my original personal credit card rather pay it in full it was a disappointment.

I was interested in a Nissan Sentra. My husband and I went to check out the car. my apt was made with a Lauren. When I arrived I was waved off when I asked for her and a gentleman attempted to assist me. I dont recall him ever giving his name. He kept trying to speak to my husband though Im the one who was asking questions and was buying the car. It took 30min for the car to be brought out to see, he said it was in a holding lot, mind you I made a reservation to see this car. When it finally arrived I was told to go look at it. The man never came out with us, never left his seat, never stopped watching the soccer game. The car looked beat up, was not as pictured. I was so disappointed. Id never recommend them to anyone.
