It was an overall nice experience. The car however was missing a few key items that the model comes with. When we tried to bargain, they pretty much lost interest. We ended up buying through Carvana, a Volvo 2013 c70 T5 Platinum (same model as theirs) but with only 45,000 miles and in mint condition including the items theirs lacked. (Remote for pop up navigation and wind screen) for $19,999.
