“Salesman was professional and courteous. However I was provided inaccurate information. I relied on statements that the high end highly regarded shop (Lexus) inspected the used BMW and everything was fine. That was not the case.
After purchasing the car I learned a material AC/ heating component / display was broken and needed replacement. Replacement is 10% of the value of the car. This would either have been negotiated in the price, or I would have not purchased the car. The dealership should provide a written statement that they have limited information on other brands and prospective purchaser should not rely on their statements relative to conditions, and should take a car to the appropriate dealership for inspection.
I would recommend this dealership for Lexus sales only.”

An associate came out and went straight to the car behind me and attempted to help them first. I had to say something to the associate that I was there first.I don't want to think that she helped the next person first because of race, she was white and I am Asian. She still didn't help me, but instead she went to get another associate to help me. But after that, all went well I guess.”
