Staff always professional and caring. My advisor Nick, is Great! I love the service but the labor charges is off the chart! Unaffordable but must get the best care for my vehicle and I believe it's with Joe Bullard! My vehicle is now 16 yrs old and performs well!

The fact I purchased the vehicle from them and was told they could service it only to take the vehicle to be serviced and then told certain things they can not do like clear a code because they do not have the equipment to clear certain codes out the maintenance program on the vehicle

I like the employees. Service fees are high like for oil change and tire rotation. I also do not like hidden fees in bill like environmental and etc. charges that are in the bill. So my service is good and employees are good but administrative fees on service are unnecessary expense on customer.

They kept the car for more than a month and a half while awaiting a part. Six days later the check engine light once again came on due to a recall. I feel it would have been a good use of time during the six weeks to check for recalls to avoid the customer being without a vehicle.
