I like the employees. Service fees are high like for oil change and tire rotation. I also do not like hidden fees in bill like environmental and etc. charges that are in the bill. So my service is good and employees are good but administrative fees on service are unnecessary expense on customer.

They kept the car for more than a month and a half while awaiting a part. Six days later the check engine light once again came on due to a recall. I feel it would have been a good use of time during the six weeks to check for recalls to avoid the customer being without a vehicle.

I liked that the Service Representative explained what I asked and didn't understand in words that I could understand. In spite of the fact that I had to leave my car overnight, it is better to have unknown problems fixed before they become larger.
I had four new tires and one criticism not related to the Service Manager, is that on my left rear tire, the air cap on that tire was not there.

They are very thoughtful and explain things when you have a question. That is very good for us seniors as we do not always know the terminology they are discussing. They had my vehicle for 5 hours for oil change, back brakes, alignment, and rotate/balance tires.
When I received the bill there was some disagreement with it and the amount dropped $200.
After I arrived home I walked around the car and realized they never rotated the tires.
5 hours! Very disappointed!
