Service writer is a good guy, but Lexus of Mobile is not so good. Keep getting the run-around / sent back to local Toyota dealership to handle the issue I am having with a wheel.
I was able to get my wheel taken care of at a local tire shop, not a dealership.

As always, I was met with a loaner. When they need my car for 4-5 hours, a loaner is great. We went to lunch and shopped a bit. When they texted us the car was ready, we returned to a fully washed car. Their service is impeccable and their staff highly professional as I have come to expect from Lexus. This is my fourth Lexus. We took our car in for the Auto Butler service. It was a pathetic job done on my vehicle. I went back to the dealership once I got a good look at it. The service department tech, D.J, took it back through the car wash. Very displeased in the detailing. I would never go back if it wasn't pre-paid. I now have swirl marks on my car.

Routine maintenance was done. It was recommended that we replace the tires, so we approved it. For the first time in many experiences, the tires were not balanced correctly. We live in Pensacola, so this was inconvenient. Ernie DeView was most apologetic and graciously invited us back immediately. A more convenient time was arranged for this past Wednesday, and the rebalancing work is perfect.
