“I am not pleased with the attention my issue is getting. I have an obvious issue with low voltage. This is the second time I bring it in with this issue. My Ford app prompts me every morning when I start the vehicle to bring it in as the battery may not be healthy enough to start my vehicle. A year and a half old battery shouldn't need to be charged if the electrical system is working correctly. That alone should be keeping the battery charged. I was told again for the second time that the battery tested good. I guess the vehicle will have to leave me on the side of the road before something is done. The Carfax report says that the battery was replaced which sparked this response. It was not replaced! I bought my own tester. It reports barely 12 volts in the morning before I start my vehicle and says the battery needs charging.”
