Service was greater than I expected. Many times you sit for long periods of time waiting for a set of tires and to be installed your vehicle, however, that was not the case here. My service provider, Tyler, was very professional and does an exceptional job at taking care of his customer. Another plus was the price of the tires that I purchased were lower than they would've cost me at either Walmart or Sam's.

Took 2 hours for an oil change in the "quick lane". Didn't rotate the tires. Went outside to see what was up, saw mechanics standing around talking. Will not recommend nor will not be going back.

They gave me a loaner this time. My truck has been in multiple times (2-3) for the same issue. Day after pick up. The same issue occurred and still occurring. It will have to go back. They cant seem to fix it. Main screen takes a while to boot up or go black then boots up. No cameras, ac, radio, or etc until boots up. Driving and it just goes black

I went in for an oil change. Was very fast. And I appreciated that. But they did not check the fluids. They said that that is what they do but when I got home I found that the windshield washer fluid was not topped off. So I don't know if they checked all of them. But they did have friendly service. And it was very fast. Which is what I like

Really happy with the quick lane service here. I was in and out within 45 minutes, the waiting area is very pleasant and you can see them working on your vehicle, and the free snacks, coffee and water were very welcome. Will likely bring my vehicle here all the time going forward.
