“Excellent customer service! I had a few things done so I was prepared to be there a while and brought my laptop. They got me all set up to work (I don't live close and turned down a loaner car) & my vehicle was ready sooner than expected. The most negative thing I can say is they don't have a soda machine, but that's it.”
“Facility is good and service writer was great. Wait was 4.5 hours. Too long. No one told me that it would take 2 hours before they could tell me that it would take another 2 hours. And then it was longer than that. told them in advance that I would need a brake job but they wouldn't believe me.”

“I asked ??,s about this vehicle, is everything in working order! I was told Yes (In writing ). The finger wear on radio knobs and other controls is ok w/me. But the radio has a internal screen issue and not a word was said. Also the motor has a rear main seal leaking that no one said anything about. Although they did put a 90day / 3000mile warranty on it. I have to pay the 250$ deductible which makes no sense. They should fix (not patch) these two issues and i will be a happy customer. I would be glad to rewrite a new experience with those guys.

“I decided to not buy from this dealership due to negative reviews I read online. I got burnt on the last car I purchased buying from an independent car lot. That car was the worst, most problematic vehicle I've ever owned. The dealer even gave me a Carfax report that was for a different vehicle showing it had never been wrecked when in fact it had been. Do your homework and pay close attention to reviews and look the car over very closely. Try to minimize the risks involved with buying a used vehicle as much as possible.”
