Took my car in for 2nd time to get seat fixed, they fixed incorrect seat held car for a full week and then took car back next day for 3rd time and did a poor job of repair, made seat worse. Still not corrected, not a great experience. Service manager kept asking me to leave them a positive review despite not fixing, they cared more about review then vehicle being fixed.

Took a week but the work was completed. Shouldn't take that long, it was only a oil change and battery replacement. Not great communication, but my service advisor was nice. Was told they were short staffed, so waiters were priority over my car, but a week is way too long. Hopefully they'll figure it out.

I was visiting from out of town. The nearest Genesis dealer from me is an hour away and I was traveling through Cary. I needed service on the navigation recall. I scheduled an appt and they were promptly on time. The estimated it would take 45 minutes and were accurate within seconds. I then met with Gene, their electronic expert, who then spent 45 minutes with me walking me through auto parking, start etc.

Had trouble scheduling service. When the basic service was completed, the technician forgot to reset the service needed indicator. Called to ask how to remedy the situation and never received a return phone call. Worst experience of any car dealership I have ever dealt with.

The Service advisor, Ms. Monica Gupta and Service Manager David insure that you are notified about what procedures are being performed to make sure your vehicle is going to be in perfect condition. They keep you informed and also have the technicians make sure they road test your vehicle to verify everything is working properly. I am very happy with them and would rate them a 10.

For a luxury dealer I'd want a bit higher end service. Returning my car washed and vacuumed would be nice. All the other luxury brands seem to be able to do that. The shop seems a little disorganized in receiving customers and delivering vehicles. You just walk in and stand there waiting for someone to acknowledge you. As far as the actual maintenance, it's the only shop in the immediate area and they completed what had to be done.

The service is awful. I have been going there for over four years, and the customer service has significantly declined. There is no one to talk to who can assist. I miss Aaron Standford and the previous team. They cared about the customer and follow-up concerns. In the mids of providing service to me she stopped to do other things without saying anything.

Liked just about everything about this visit.... Agent was very nice... loaner was available, and service done promptly etc.... My only complaint, and it's very small one, is that someone the service tech turned off my auto headlights and I didn't realize it for quite a while driving around NC State University campus after the basketball game.

I've been driving for over 50 years and my Genesis G80 is the best car I've owned and driven. I have valet service through Johnson Genesis and after the car was picked up I was updated regularly and the loaner they provided was great. My only complaint I have, and it's minor, was that I had to wait 30 days to schedule my service.
