Work was completed in timely manner, including two additional services needed. Sherrie is a very competent, knowledgeable, and friendly service advisor, discussing with me the services I requested, reviewing I did not need warranty service, and explaining need for additional items without pressure to include these on this visit. I do not like, but can accept, the additional 3% fee for paying with a credit card. I wrote a check.

Very rushed inspection report with choppy videos recording by tech. Brake fluids were recommended but moisture content not measured. Front desk gave impression they are not mechanical minded. gave short, unsatisfied answers when asked follow up questions. Gave me many reasons to try the other dealer in town.

I appreciate Capital Lincoln Mazda very much. I check in for service, they take care of my car and I'm out; just like that. I don't have to leave my car there unless "I" want to. Unlike some places. They want to keep your car for the entire day for minor services, oil changes etc. I appreciate that my time is valuable to them.

I had valid issues and video proof as to what was going on with my car and they couldn't do something as simple as changing out my battery. Blind spot monitoring does not correctly work on the passenger side and my car still drives rough in low speeds around the neighborhood. Not impressed overall.
