“The guy at the desk was nice at first and said they would give my tire pressure sensor a look since it throws a code intermittently. After the service was complete, I asked about the sensor and he said they did not and would not look at the sensor and insisted that the only way for them (and Ford) to consider looking at or replacing the sensor under warranty would be if the truck was throwing a code at the time of the visit. I showed him my Ford Pass app with at least a hundred faulty sensor codes. I knew what he was saying was untrue since a tech could very easily scan the ecu and see the codes, but the counter guy at quick lane insisted otherwise. The guy was filling in for someone else that didn't make it to work that day but Pretty disappointing when a dealer associated establishment gives bad info. He could have said to check with the Service dept but kept insisting that he was correct. I understand that the tire pressure sensor is a very minor issue, but I was disappointed in the 180 from the desk staff and the inaccurate information he was giving me.”
