Did not fix my rattle. Did not immediately put me on the schedule for a follow up appointment with a rental. Basically lied and said it was a trim panel. That was complete bs as I took the service advisor for a ride and he immediately validated my noisy rattle in the c pillar.

I took my vehicle in to have the tpms recalibrated, because they forgot to do it the first time I took it for a service and tire rotation. the tire light came back on, showing they hadn't resolved the issue. I called back to see if they could fix it, only to get the run around by the service department.
