“Frustrated by the service department making promises to have the car ready and have a loaner available when the repair was delayed. Three days became three weeks without the car, and every time they said it would be three or four more days, and they would hold a loaner as soon as they got one in. They never did; it makes me wonder if they lied about having one in the first place, or if they are actually still working on someone else's car?
Overall, there's not much else to do when the car has warrantied problems, and I have experienced much worse service departments. So, I give 3 stars for at least fixing the car.”
