This visit took 4.5 hours for oil change and outside wash; unacceptable. I asked for inside to be done as well but it wasn't done. Genesis waiting area is in a poor state with stained old chairs and broken table. Not good for any brand, let alone luxury. Please try to improve communication as well. Thanks

I had an appointment to address a recall. Selma Hyundai called me to let me know parts were received & we agreed on date/time. I confirmed the appointment a couple days before. Drove up, waited 2.5 hours for service only to be told "sorry, but we don't have the parts".

Terrible, they never serviced my car. Rico is a slim, promises and never delivers. Multiple experiences with this clown!! First as sales associate, now a service representative. Don't trust this place. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Even told new service manager about this slick talker. Terrible.

Rico worked hard to get the car handled effectively. For the fifth oil service in a row, the technician has not reset all the meters that track the next service. I get to permanently drive this car with one of the oil service due lights on.

We contacted the dealer and they claimed they would leave the car on hold for us until we could pick it up the next day. We gave them all of our personal information such as ID and insurance. We lived over 2 hours away from the dealership and when we were an hour way from the dealership they called and said there was a mistake and the car was sold. Waste of time and gas money. I went home empty handed. do not trust.
