The downfall was that the report card was marked that there was a fluid/oil leak. Had that been communicated via phone call/text message/email during the service I would have requested more information on what the cost would be to repair and possibly taken the steps to remedy the problem at that time. Instead I need to schedule another service to have that evaluated and repaired.”
