I did not buy from this dealership because I had my own financing and money down and they would not accept that because they have lenders they will use because they get a kickback from it. They also have an interior warranty that they require that you purchase. Not worth it.

They don't make it easy for people who want to pay cash. They also lure people in with low prices and then add high fees onto the price later. Also, after checking the cars I was interested in on carfax, I learned they were both from Florida so higher probability of rust or other issues.

Hidden fees in an unnecessary interior coating that was not optional. The salesman was also trying to insist that the extended warranty was also a non-negotiable purchase requirement. The website proved this was untrue, but we left dissatisfied and perturbed at their dishonesty. Definitely do not recommend.

Your salespersons, three of them, are all too cocky. Also, I offered cash payment. Other dealers accepted personally check payment. I got a slightly better deal at an Illinois dealership, and my friend could drive the vehicle out of their lot in 1.5 hours. I wanted to pay for the car for a friend at Illinois and your salesmen gave me roadblocks. I did not have any problem with any other dealers. I had made three trips, 60 miles round trip each, to your shop only to find out I had wasted my time at the end. I do not believe your shop is going to last at the end. For one thing, you are not any cheaper than your competitors around here.

There was a decent selection of vehicle options for the model we were looking for (newer model Toyota Corolla). The pricing was the most reasonable for this vehicle of anywhere that we found in the St. Louis, MO area based on our online investigation. The facilities were clean and spacious and the complimentary drinks were a nice plus. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Our salesman, Trey was personable and patient. He was in appropriate contact by text and phone to make sure we had correct forms and proper payment, etc. This was an overall hassle-free, pleasant car-buying experience.
