From the minute I pulled in the service department, there was someone to greet me. They explained what they were going to do. The waiting area was very clean and beverages were available. The car was detailed after the service and I was out of there in an hour and half.

I brought my car in because one of my tires had low tire pressure. Without an appointment. They found a nail in the tire and replaced my tire. The tire couldn't be patched. I highly recommend Bommarito. They are always willing to please their customers.

Dobbs glueed a the thermostat and it had to be fixed by the dealership. After contacting Dobbs to see what they would do, I have heard nothing back. Be careful using Dobbs - my repair with Dobbs took over a week and $2K, at the dealership it was done same day and only $800.

My Engine warning light turned on immediately following a recent service visit. Bommarito quickly provided another service appointment. They determined that the problem was unrelated to the previous service visit as the catalytic converter had failed. Fortunately, this part was under warranty and they replaced it for no charge the following day!

The staff and service are great. The only problem was that they were unable to find the cause of water (or some liquid) draining onto the floorboard on the driver's side of the vehicle, especially around the gas and break pedals and onto the entire carpeted area. I don't have a sunroof, so not the sunroof drain line. They checked the a/c drains and they were not clogged. However, the situation persists?!?
