“They were helpful but the Carfax showed not one documented service and none by the dealership either; not even an oil change. Then they wanted a "dealer prep fee" of $599 and a "plate transfer fee" of $450 and I was transferring a plate from my previous vehicle and my state charges $17. No other dealership was charging this on a used vehicle and along with no service history led me to purchase from another dealership.”
