Bill mentioned his concern for the loose steering, his concern was the car steering is not as tight as it used to be. He really noticed the difference when he drove the loaner car and felt how tight the steering was on the car.

Great service! But we have some dirt spots in the cabin roof carpet. Like someone was not using gloves or did not wash their hands. It's the 2nd time that this happened. Other than that everything was smooth and easy. Our advisor, Samar, was very professional as usual.

The car wash/detail was meticulously done.
I had a multi-point inspection done on my tires and my service advisor went over the report in great detail. We looked at the tires together and he also used a car tire model to explain the condition of my tires.

Outstanding service department led by service manager Amanda Carr and a great service advisor, Jaimie. They know just what needs to be done at each visit and don't try to sell services that aren't necessary. I've been using them since 2010 and have always had absolutely top shelf service and great advice about what my cars needed.

The service was completed within the estimated time frame. The customer lounge area is comfortable and offers great snacks and the option of receiving a manicure while you wait is wonderful! Lexus of Watertown has the best staff, mechanics and service reps. They are friendly and efficient. The waiting lounge area is pleasant and large with TV, coffee and snacks. They also offer a manicure appointment if you want while you wait for service.

I was disappointed that there was no towing option nor would you send an engineer to diagnose my problem--which was most probably a battery. Worse, the person I talked to didn't seem to notice that my car is 6 years old and the life of a battery is usually less than that--something I learned from a great AAA tower. Rating just on what happened once I got the car to Lexus, everything was fine

to install the new hybrid battery, the technician had to remove the rear seats. in doing so, they left grease stains on the seat and on the glove compartment. They should've changed to clean gloves before removing the seats. this isn't good service for a premium brand like Lexus.
