The service was a free oil change covered in the price of car purchase. I showed up on time for a 7 am appointment and the job was done by 8am, The cost was zero. What's not to like about that? - The waiting area is pleasant with wifi access.
That said, non warranty service is more expensive here than my local shop.

I came for the tire replacement service. It was pretty cool to watch the video where a mechanic shows and explains the state of the driving system and brakes from a down-to-up view, while recommending to schedule upcoming maintenance service.
The waiting room is nice and comfortable.

Communication was a little confusing with multiple sales people and managers reaching out a different times via email when I would ask a question. It would have been nice to have a single point of contact from the start though I eventually ended up working with one person. Ultimately I think I got a car for a good value, but I think most people would be better offer working with another dealership.

I had a regular, standard servicing along with an issue with one of the tires. Peter answered all my questions and the maintenance and the tire were taken care of efficiently. The lobby for relaxing is comfortable and clean. I wish they would provide bottles of water as they used to have in the small fridge.

Wilson was excellent. Very friendly and explained all the work to be performed on the car. The video of the work to be done was also helpful as it showed what was wrong with my vehicle. They also let me use a loaner vehicle which helped me to not lose any days at work. My car runs and drives like new. Highly recommend Wilson and Acura of Boston.

Everything about my visit was good. My service advisor Brian was pleasant and helped me maximize my visit using the final months of a pre-purchased maintenance contract. He was clear about the time the service would take so waiting wasn't a mystery. In the many times I've had service at Acura Boston the workers who washed my car left it gleaming.

Did some work on my car and it was incomplete and safety hazard. Left my new stabilizer links completely floating (were put on but not tightened at all). And left my driver side strut with a bent bolt and completely loose as well. Called about the work and never received a call back.

Always they ask to wait for no reason and appears to be low quality service. My Acura has a wheel bearing issue that anyone can diagnose but they told me it's a noise from brand new Michelin tires. Poor customer service never picks up phone. I'm not going back.

I had a new battery installed. Two days later the car would not start. It was 10:30 pm and we were visiting friends. I called AAA. They showed me the battery cable was no longer connected to the battery post. Poor workmanship!
