Went in early the next day and they gave me the bad news first; the torque converter and transmission were shot. The good news was they found a GM reman transmission in OKC, and could install it same day.
Our 2012 ran as smooth as a top the rest of the way to the east coast. The final cost stayed within 5% of the estimate and most importantly, they got us back on the road so quickly with a quality warranted repair.

“There was a recall on the F350 and the truck stay there for 4 days until finally I went to pick it up I talked to the lady at the service desk she told me that the parts are in order so she said next week they'll be here I called the following week and she told me the parts are not here yet so I asked my boss that to call her and she and find out because they are at the office and they are the ones that pay the bills when my boss call she told him that how much he wanted to spend for overnight Freight that is very rude asking how much you want to pay just to bring apart she could have just say let me get it and I'll let you know when it will be here but if you pay extra money that's the best way they going to get your parts so this is the way this Ford dealer works”
