Things with our service were getting mixed up. They didn't remember what we approved and what we denied. It took several days longer than they told us. One of the issues we took it in for this time and a previous time before had already came back. We are pretty frustrated.

We drove an hour to see one car in Seminole. We were greeted right away and didnt have to wait to see the car. Everyone we worked with was great. There was no pressure to buy had we not wanted to. Completely unprofessional service department! We came to pick up our vehicle after they told us that the service had been finished on Friday afternoon at 4pm, and we opened our unlocked car door to see our car had been trashed. All of our documents in the middle console and inside the glove compartment were scattered all in the front seat of the car. After talking with the sales manager, since the service department closed at 5pm and we showed up at 5:10pm, the dealership took pictures and said we would be in touch Monday morning. When we called their service department Monday morning we were told that our vehicle had more than likely been broken into. After stating that our car was unlocked, the service manager said that our key had probably been cloned and that was how the car was accessed and there was nothing the dealership could do for us and to call the police and make a report. Fast forward 10 days, after we returned from our vacation, we went to the dealership to talk with the service manager again about this incident and were told again that there was nothing they could do and that they assumed we were just dirty people and that is how we left our vehicle so they decided not to call and ask us about the car and simply diagnosed the check engine light and fixed the issue. Which we believe was also a lie, since the check engine light came on again after 20 minutes of driving the vehicle. To date there has been nothing said to us anymore besides that we are dirty people and that there is someone cloning keys to break into vehicles that are parked inside their dealership awaiting service. Hard to believe that a 2023 Chevrolet Suburban can have its key cloned and personal belongings gone through in 3 days while at this dealership and not a single person there see anything! Then to top it all off when asking for camera footage a sales representative tells us that they do not have cameras because the owner wants to upgrade his facility first then add cameras because the cost of cameras are too much to just add at the moment. We still do not know what all was taken besides a wallet and some loose change and we can only hope for the best since this dealership fails to protect anyone's vehicle that is left under their watch and they fail to fix a problem on the vehicle and let you drive down the road to just break down again. 0 stars and will never go to this dealership for anything else ever!
