I like the service. I waited 5 hours for a oil change and software update at hour 4 I asked what's taking so long the guy came back and said there's a car parked in the way in front of my truck. So my truck was probably done but it just sat back there for who knows how long.

Was told I could get the premium service where they add extra stuff to the vehicle for the engines for life and when I took it out there was told I could not and they would do a regular oil change and inspection only. The engines for life is a scam and they got me and my daughter with the scam!

The oil change was fine but I paid to have my tire rotated and when I got down the road the light come on saying low tire when it was obvious that I did rotate the tires and did not adjust the tire pressure for the difference so I had my own tires up and let air out of the front ones so I was at the correct tire pressure very unprofessional if you asked me
