False advertising. Car I asked about was "sold" and then they offer another that's not what you want and not as good a deal. I looked the next day and the false add was still up. Then they keep calling and emailing - very unwanted. Just skip over their adds and go to someone honest.

Simply not the case!
Every vehicle advertised for sale is on the lot and available until sold. Vehicles with pending sales will still appear on our website with a banner of "sale pending". In rare cases where a sale may fall through, the vehicle will return to our website wht the banner removed.

No A/C, place is overcrowded. Hard to hear salesperson. Added fees on sales invoice and financing department charge sales tax on electric vehicles then added a lock fee on sales invoice. After correction it toll over 45 min wait for financing to fix. I just gave up! Most cars are branded titles and warranty is voided. They should offer 6 months at least for their cars, like CarShop!

The reviewer visited our dealership on a 90-degree Saturday, on what turned out to be one of the busiest days of the year. Needless to say, it was difficult to keep the showroom cool and comfortable, given the heat and activity.
As far as fees, we charge only a documentaion fee. No other fees whatsoever, and New Jersey is the only state that provides a sales tax exemption. Customers who live outside New Jersey are charged sales tax.
As far as the type of vehicles we sell, the large majority are vehicles which have been returned to the manufacturer at the end of their lease. These "Off Lease" vehilces account for nearly 80% of our sales.
For customers looking for the the highest level of value, we also offer a selection of vehicles which have been returned to the manufacturer because they were in need of repairs which could not be completed in a timely fashion, often due to a back ordered part. Every one of these vehicles has been inspected and repaired to factory standards. These vehilces are typically offered at a 15-20% discount, which meakes them an incredible value. Best of all, these vehicles are still covered under the full balance of the factory warranty, and in some cases, come with an extension of the factory warranty. Any budget or value concsious customer should consider one of these vehicles!

We offer our customers the most transparent pre-owned car buying experience anywhere. Every vehicle we offer for sale has a free Carfax linked to the vehicle listing, regardless of the content. Unlike many other dealers, who do not provide a Carfax at all, or only link reports that do not show prior repairs, we provide one with every vehicle.
The Carfax in this case listed "prior damage", but Carfax does not typically list normal wear and tear, commonly found on a pre-owned vehicle.
While we regret the vehicle did not meet the standards of this reviewer, we're happy to say the vehicle sold in less than 2 weeks to a repeat customer, who has purchased 2 other vehicles from us previously.

The price of the vehicle was very reasonable, but they have put a "lowjack" on every car that costs you about $800 and then they push a 100,000 mile extended warranty on you, so by the time you walk out, you have spent considerably more than the price of the car. I'm glad to hear that you're happy with your vehicle but disappointed that you feel we somehow forced you to buy something you did not want. We offer several products to protect our customers from theft, physical damage, and mechanical breakdown, but every one is optional.
The coverage you purchased for only $1,114 protects your vehicle for 6 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. This is factory style coverage which means everything is covered with the exception of regular maintenance (tires, brakes, oil changes, etc.) If anyone reading this is wondering why the price is so low it's because we gave you this coverage at our cost because we wanted to provide you with the highest level of coverage but understood you were on a budget.
Regardless, the last thing we want is for a customer to feel they were pushed to buy something they did not want so I am happy to cancel the products you purchased. I have already left you a voice message as well so please give me a call back so I can have the coverage's you no longer want removed.
