Caylee called me Monday morning and while I was disappointed the car could not be repaired on Monday, she managed our expectations - and - went above and beyond to Uber us to the dealership so we could retrieve items from the car and then back to the hotel. She sent another Uber on Tuesday morning to get me. The customer service here is excellent with a comfortable, well-stocked waiting room as well. Kudos!”
