“It's not often that I leave reviews, but in this case, an exception had to be made. I only have great things to say about Laurel Park Shell. I absolutely LOVE going there to get work done on my car. Their prices consistently beat the dealership, and their work is dependable and trustworthy. For example, I recently took my car to the dealership for an inspection, and they recommended replacing my rear rotors and brake pads for $635. When I checked with Laurel Park Shell, they quoted me only $390 for brand-new replacements. Even better, Elmer the store manager, honestly told me I still had time left on my current brakes and not to worry yet. That kind of honesty is hard to find. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming from the mechanics to Elmer. I also appreciate the convenience. I never have to make an appointment; I can simply call or stop by during business hours, and they'll let me know if they can fit me in. Most importantly, they make me feel valued. They treat me more like family or a longtime friend than just another customer, and that means a lot these days.”
