Jacob attended to us and was extremely helpfulhe even gave my wife a ride back home after dropping off the car. The service experience was smooth and professional from start to finish. He also explains what's going on with your car before it's serviced and how much it will cost to fix. I arrived on time, didn't have to wait to be waited on. Jacob my service rep, took excellent care with explained what needed to be done. He also explained what I didn't and what I did have to pay for, offered if I needed a ride. Called me when my vehicle was ready It was ready in an appropriate time, before time.

Likes: 1. Customer Service rep Sean Bennett- always very personable, provides easily understood technical advice. 2. Services rendered. Dislikes: 1. Customer Lounge - room has been too cold on my last few visits 2. I find the chairs in the middle of the lounge to be uncomfortable, making a long wait a taxing experience 3. No vacuuming of my car's interior or car wash on this visit

The associated was very nice and helpful. I think that they should keep the oil change the way is is. Everyone not going to remember to complete the surveys. If you want them to complete them there, that would be better. When individuals walk out of the shop, completing a survey is the last thing on their mind.

Great car purchase. I was disappointed that I had just renewed my trade in tags 3 weeks prior and I wasn't given the option to transfer them to the new vehicle. I was instructed to turn in the tags which resulted in my losing the registration fee. Went back in and was promised a call from the GM, which never happened. I have sent my car in for service 3 times with the same complaint and no one has fixed it yet. I asked my husband to take my car to a different dealership and he took it here again. I just want the rattle found and fixed and apparently that is too much to ask for.

Everything was good except the fact that the case of the light bulb was broken upon replacing the bulb and I was told they will reach back to me to replace it for free as it's their fault, but no one has reached back to me. I even tried to contact them but no response till date. I might have to drive there myself to ensure that is fixed.

Went there for recalls, got one fixed, but there was an inventory issue with a fuse for the next one, so they didn't have any. Told me I could leave car there overnight or come back and they would have one pulled aside for me. Went 2 days later and got it done. Good waiting room.
