“They were busy working on tire replacements and brake jobs on other vehicles. The replacement of the oil and filter in my car took a long to start, besides the fact that they did not have a replacement filter (20 min delay). They need another employee.”

“My BMW X5 air condition was not cooling. I tried to get service from Brian Harris BMW in Baton Rouge and couldn't book an appointment until one and a half months out, so I brought it to High Tech Care. I was told that all components were functioning normal and that the system just needed to be charged with freon and green dye to show any potential leaks, so I authorized them to evacuate and recharge. My bill was $493.96 and it lasted about six days before it was hot again. I called High Tech and management told me to bring it back in and I would be charged another diagnostic charge of $90.00 to figure out the real issue. I was introduced to Kevin at WK Motorworks by a friend. Right away I was told that I needed an evaporator core and I was quoted a price. The price was excepted and business was handled; A+ rating. I will be back to WK Motorworks the next time I need professional service. Thank you!”
