“I wish I had visited their lot in PA (I live in DE). That car seemed a much better deal. I bought (way out of my affordable range) after I went to Lexus of Wilmington, DE. Lexus Wilmington did a bait and switch. Dealer told me on phone that they had aa Lexus RX 350 2014 when I told him I wanted that model from years 2012 through 2016. When I got to the Lexus, Wilm dealer, they said I couldn't see or test the 2014. "It's in the shop." I'm nearly 80. Intimidated by driving on RT 95. Was in a sort of daze. Bought an overpriced 2019, regretted it every inch of the way home. Next day I texted that I had to bring the car back. Was told they don't accept cars back, no cooling off period. Learnd DE excludes credit union sales from any such protection. I SO wish I had driven to Trooper and tested THEIR car! I'm way in over my head on the 2019 purchase. And that year may have problems that are not common in the earlier years. I tried so hard. But my fears and fatigue clouded my judgement. Guy at Trooper was helpful and courteous. I was just intimidated at driving up there.”
