First time going to Wynn after purchasing a used 2022 xc90. Whole process was super smooth, they made it so easy. Shout out to Alan the service manager, he was awesome. I ended up needing some extra work (new tires) and they gave me a free loaner while the work was completed. They also have a great space to work remotely if you wait. Highly recommend them for service.

Service is always horrendous at Wynn, I don't recommend purchasing a car with them as their service department is difficult to deal with, they never wash you car after service even though they sell this up front will happen every time your car is serviced. I will be selling my Volvo and purchase a Ford where service is stellar!

In the last 25 years, I have bought 5 cars from Jim Wynn Volkswagen Volvo and have had all services performed on all 5 vehicles only at Jim Wynn. And even though I no longer live in Philadelphia, I continue to travel from Maryland's Eastern Shore to have service performed on my vehicles. The Service Managers and Technicians know what they're doing, they communicate well, and they've always provided sound advice.

Alan was awesome. He explained all the services that I needed for my 2011 S40 Volvo. I am so happy with the work, especially the restoration that they did on my headlights that were very dull and dingy. The plastic casing is now crystal clear and with new headlamps, I see a big difference when driving at night. I would highly recommend the restoration to anyone who has an older model.

The issue with the rear camera was not resolved. Camera was ordered but now it seems there is a wiring prblem not just a faulty camera. Wanted me to leave car over w/e but no loner available. No appt til March 24th and no idea how long service will take.
