Took my RX350 to CJ Tire for service. They did an alignment, replaced a passenger-side tie-rod link, flushed the brake fluid, changed the oil, rotated the tires, replaced the wipers, and handled the state inspection, all for what I feel was a reasonable price.

I didn't want to be there but since I clearly blew out a tire and needed a new one, Jim at the front desk was very patient and kind to me and helpful that I get the right one. He had to order the tire and gave me a call with the update on when it would be there. I was very appreciative of the service and will go back if needed.

I came in just to get my tires checked, because I had gone over a rumble strip the day before and my tire light was on. They checked the tires right away, found a nail in one of them, and replaced all four (I was overdue for replacement) in just an hour. Very friendly, quick and accommodating, I was impressed and will definitely return for other services.

Decent pricing for front and rear brake job when compared to dealership and other shops. Was able to get in and get out. Wish the service team would have put paper mats down in car and wiped off interior door and steering wheel. Shop dirt/grease was all over the driver's side.

The staff there is always professional and expert. They communicate well with what services are necessary and which are optional. I will not hesitate to go there.
Their appointment system could use some help though. Filling out a questionnaire and awaiting a response doesn't always work well.

They got the Continental tire I wanted for my mustang in two days. Dropped the car off and they were done in short order. I did drop the car off in the morning and went back to work. Before noon I was called to let me it was done. Went over to get the car. Paid the invoice and was on my way. Tires were exactly what I wanted and the price was as quoted. They are on my list of repeat business.
