“The sole reason that I use the Diamond Ford Quick Stop is that their technicians are trained on the vehicle that I have and insure that the materials and fluids used are valid Ford supplied and assured for use with my Ford. My biggest complaint about the service would be the length of time that it takes from my appointment time to the completion of the services. I have spent hours waiting for the completion of services there and I believe that to be excessive based on what is accomplished for the services. I will absolutely admit that I am not in the bays while the car is being services and I don't know what the tech's are doing back there, but I think that changing oil and filters and then checking fluid levels and topping them off should not take hours to complete and it brings to mind that they may be overbooking and then the vehicles are just sitting back there while awaiting attention from the tech's. I may well be wrong, but the levels of information that the service representatives provide to those that are waiting are for all practical purposes nonexistent, and a little more attention to updates from the service advisors would be helpful in understanding what is actually going on back there. If you are not concerned about having genuine Ford products used on your car, I would not recommend this shop for services..”

He thoroughly explained everything from start to finish regarding the part that needed to be ordered and installed. Although the installation process took a bit longer than initially expected due to some issues during installation, we were consistently kept informed every step of the way. If you ever need service, I highly recommend asking for Seth in the Service Department. He was excellent to work with professional, communicative, and helpful throughout the entire process.
