Just dropped my car off at a different Carx location. Problem is 5x worse now than before I dropped off. Was told wrong diagnosis, diagnosis that was fixed was fixed incorrectly. Alignment was off, lug nut missing on front passenger. Took 4 days had to call and ask if my car had been looked at and what the issue was, also had to call to ask if it was finished to come pick up. At pickup was told mechanic found issue in the rear that wouldve been found had a test drive actually been done prior to servicing my car. 2013 optima sxl

Anthony, who is the manager was very helpful, professional and displayed a genuine concern in addressing my problem. After dropping off my SUV, he and one of his mechanic did a road test on my SUV. Then when I returned back to the shop, and after his explanation on what his discovery was, he then suggested that he and I take a road trip. Anthony found the problem and made the repairs. And so far, three days out my car seems to be running without that clicking problem.
