The customer service and attention to detail is fantastic. We had an appointment, and was out of the shop within a few hours after having our breaks and rotors replaced. This was covered under warranty. We have been customers of this shop for about 18 years (they were formally CarRX) and would recommend them to anyone in the city.

The pump for my window washer needed to be replaced. They diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the part. Due to the loss of a family member, they expedited my service the next day. I needed the car to attend to family needs. It was a very positive experience.

pulled my hose from my coolant out.causing my car to leak coolant but before I went up there my car wasnt leaking coolant. Man even lied and said the coolant got on his arm. He didnt touch his arm after scolding coolant touched it come on now. Not even look at it. Avoid this place at all cost they are money vultures

When I arrived I learned online reservation would not work. It was near a 2 hour wait and I got oil change done. Then a day later a nice voice from CARX phoned, apologized and is sending me 2 free oil changes! That adds up to above and beyond the call. I was not badly miffed but the dealer is most of 20 miles round trip.

Absolutely no stars. I was charged $1,000 for a thermostat. Only to be told that the new thermostat Is Not going to make your heat work. Cmon man seriously. First time customer and for sure Last Time customer. Talked to the GM and still didn't get anywhere with him. Beware of wasting money here. Don't go here. You will be out of time and money and stuck with the same car issues you started with.

this was not a good day for Carx or for me. I've been going to this shop for more than 20 years, so it needs to be clear that i like the shop. unfortunately, this experience was a mess. in all, the oil change required 5 trips to the shop. there was a mess with the coupon, then they failed to clear the two "maintenance due" codes, so i took it back and they cleared only one code, requiring another trip back.
