The service department personnel are excellent. They installed four new tires, oil change and nys insp. Gave me a loaner for the day when tire delivery was delayed. Very happy with West Herr Mazda and have referred them to a friend.

Professional and prompt with a video sent to the customer explaining what work the technical performed with a visual inspection of crucial components that may need to be addressed in a future service. Speaking to the service department over the phone may pose a challenge though.

Very honest people. They could have charged me for something to do with my key fob, but they didn't. It was a setting that needed to be changed but I thought I needed a whole new fob. They provided me with a video recorded multi point inspect, which was awesome!

Very happy that they not only did my first oil change but that the did the software update. I was told on the phone that the software update could not be done on a Sat, so i was relieved that i didn't need a second appt. However, you do need better snacks lol

I'm glad I brought my car in for a simple oil change. If you go to a quick oil service garage, you can assured of being sold additional services. That was not my experience at West Herr Mazda. I was greeted by my service representative, explained what would be covered and stepped into there waiting area. No problem.

Had a great experience with the service dept. My vehicle was serviced promptly & the communication was professional. After videoing the car, I was provided details of recommended services. Took only an hour for an oil change, brake cleaning & lubrication.

They didnt tell me that I need $200+ service as I was told a year ago at another place closer to where I live when I brought my car in for an inspection. At that time I only had about 7500 miles on the car since I bought it. I think West Herr may be where I want to take my car for everything.

They were able to see my car earlier than planned appointment, was shocked at a repair that will need to be done. But service we authorized was good. Just need to do a 2nd opinion on the rest of the service at this time due to cost. Service dept was very professional.

Prompt ,on time, friendly, only one minor compliant, please don't assume a woman is married. I am divorced and quite sensitive about it and I was addressed as Mrs. Weeden a second time even after I corrected the same, but very nice person who greeted me. I would suggest you address some one by their first name. Don't assume anything about anybody.
