It took 4 trips back to the service bay to finally get the passenger headlight and parts associated with the repair properly installed. Two of the trips required me to point out missing parts and improper installation of the fender liner. I needed the vehicle so I drove home, put duct tape over the access hole in the fender liner and ordered a replacement cover from Amazon. The original part was lost during repair.
The Jeep dealership customer rep called to see how service was and the story was relayed to them. I was promised a call from a service manager. 7days later I'm still waiting for the call. Want to bet it never comes?
