Bought a "blacklisted" truck from champion dodge in gulfport ms and Walt massey is the only dealer who has even bothered to try and help us. Our oversight of the open recalls on this $34,000 used truck potentially endangers us. We've been to multiple dealers who said this truck should have never been on a dealers lot. Walt massey at least tried.

Everything was excellent as usual except the issue with my display screen that is not working correctly. Was told that it needed a 129.00 up grade that was unavailable. Cant learn when or if it will be available......... My next option is to stop at jeep dealer in D'iberville for another chance to fix it.

My service I received at Walt Massey was excellent this time. If I do go back and use them again I will go to the Chevrolet side and not to the Dodge Jeep Ram side of their establishment. I have had bad service there and ran into so rude employees the last time, just seems like they didnt care about their customers.

Scheduled an appointment with the Service Dept... dropped the truck off at the scheduled time and then it sat in the same spot for 2 days. A technician never examined my truck. So I went and picked it up as I needed my truck for work.

Had too have rear window glass replaced because of leak. Glass shop that dealer used left broken glass all over interior and exterior also scratched surface all around window. Took several weeks to get things corrected but all appears ok now.
