I requested headlight cover cleaning. I was told it would be a 3 hour wait. I agreed and went to grocery shop there. I received a call that technician said my batter was dead- car would not start. It is a Prius 2013 - yes, a hybrid, but it does Not Plug In to recharge. And I knew that I recently had replaced the battery. Still grocery shopping, I granted them permission to jump start if necessary. Received another call that it was inside the garage now, and something about could not jump start the special battery, but it did start for them; however the lady mentioned positive on the right side of the front end, and negative all the way on the other side. I knew then that they had bothered the FACTORY installed , untouchable battery, and not my car battery. She said "he left it running, so you need to come now and not cut it off and take it to get it checked. I left my full cart of groceries mid-way in the store, paid the $26, got my car, and left. At McDonough Toyota an hour and a half later, they found no problem. They felt that the technician had no experience with this model and perhaps did not know he had to push the power button and put it in park before engaging drive. In which case, it will not start. I knew this, but never guessed he might not have known. Then I went to Kroger and got my groceries. It had taken all day!

From the moment I got to the Walmart supercenter Auto center staff was awesome the young lady who met me at the service desk at the car that should say the cashier check out or sign in it was wonderful very professional very organized very detailed really answered my questions told me what I needed to do gave me some opportunities to give me some good opportunities some really knew her product very well the gentleman that performed the rotation and the balancing of my tires get an awesome awesome job very efficient very professional this is a great place to take your vehicle I highly recommend it very caring wonderful people truly exemplify what Sam and Bud Walton had in mind when they started Walmart and I I want to thank the staff at the Walmart supercenter Auto center for a great job well done thank you very much there's wonderful have a great day

The team at Waynesboro, VA know what Customer Service means.
Professional, friendly and willing to help. The first Walmart Auto Care Center we went to approximately 8 miles away was not Customer Friendly.
If we need service again while in Waynesboro, VA this is the Walmart Auto Care Center we will have our car serviced. We were traveling and experienced a flat tire that had to be replaced. No long wait, very helpful in recommending the new tire which was replaced and on the road again in a short time. Thanks to Mike and his Team.
