They were short on technicians the date of service and the wait was a little long, however once my car was taken back the battery installation was fairly quick. The waiting area could be a bit tidier and cleaner. The technicians were nice and friendly. Prices were cheaper than the dealer.

Got oil change and tire rotation (which I should have done free where I bought my tires, but tried to combine services). I asked them to check my tire pressure. Apparently they let about 10 pounds of pressure out of each tire. As soon as I left the shop the warning light came on and I previously had no issues at all . Had to add 10 lbs to each one

One of the tires I had bought from Walmart a couple of months ago popped while I was driving with my one yo son. I took it back to see what made it pop and the man said it was from the inside of the tire but not covered with the warranty. That doesn't make any sense. Can someone please enlighten me.

Loved that they got the job done pretty quick didn't like that I specified I wanted to keep one of the tires that was practically brand new and they tossed it out anyway and I didn't like that every tire had different air pressure one only at 32 psi not good for brand new tires

Went in to have a low tire pressure alert light on and thought I might have a mail in one of my tires. Technician said he put air in all the tires without checking the one that was causing the light to be on.. we'll, this evening, the light is back on and I betcha it has a nail in the tire and should have been found on first visit.

Friendly, polite, SLOW _ 2 1/2 hrs for oil change. Price was excellent. Need appointment if you want service quick. Mechanic said they did not take appointments but later manager said they did. So call for appointment if you want quick service.

I started using Walmart when my other oil place stopped carrying my oil. Walmart has always been fast and reliable. I went in this time they told me about a 30 min wait. I had my car back in about 15 mins. Awesome job guys!!

1. No sticker left in my window for the next oil change. 2. Oil smears on my hood and doors and under hood. 3, Did not reset oil engine percentage 4. I guess they were in too big of a hurry.

My Prius headlamp covers are not glass. When their plastic looks yellow and dim, I get them cleaned once a year at Walmart Service Center. They did another besutiful job. Thank you.

I was pleased with the service. Being able to get basic maintenance work done on my car (oil change and tire rotation) without an appointment usually works well for me, as does being able to have my car taken care of while I get my grocery shopping done.

I was told it would take 1 hour to install my new tires. It was 1 hour before they even pulled it in the garage. They had 5-6 guys standing around while 1 person worked on 1 vehicle at a time. I ended up waiting 2 1/2 hours just for getting tires installed.
