30 minutes after I dropped my car off I got a call that they couldn't do the oil change because of a system glich. !0-15 minutes later got another call that the system was up and they had started the oil change. When I go to pick it up no one can sign in to the register to check me out. After several attempts, 3 calls to management and about 20 minutes I was finally able to pay. I had a similar thing happen at a different Walmart with my last oil change!

My experience began on Thursday, June 19th. I had tire issues and immediately set an appointment for two new tires and for a tire rotation for all four tires. When I arrived at Walmart, my appointment was not in the system. A worker, who was new, made a whole new account for my appointment. When I went to pay, I did have my new tires, but they did not rotate my tires. I was told to come in the next day for the tyre rotation however I said I would have to work so I would not be there early. When I came in on Friday at 5:00 p.m. I was told they were a four cars ahead of me and I had the option to come in the next day or wait for a few hours. I agreed to come in at 7:00 in the morning. I wasn't seeing until after 7:00, in which the person who attended to me had no clue about that appointment. When he searched my information he saw several accounts with my name on it, suggesting that every time I came in to get worked on on my vehicle, the workers always started a new account. The person I worked with on Saturday also informed me that I would have to make an additional payment to get my other two tires rotated, something that I was not informed of the day prior because I was told that my tire rotation was already paid for when I paid for the new tires and tire rotations on Thursday. I can understand that this location was short-staffed, they were new workers, and things can get a little buggy in the system, but it feels like I've been yanked around and given excuses (new worker, poor computer system) as to why things are happening poorly. Then a customer ask questions, they want real answers and they don't want to be told new information the next day. I am thankful for the little care that I did receive during these interactions. I'm sure the staff at this location are aware that they have aread in which they need to improve.

We had a 4pm appointment to get our tires rotated. We arrived at 3:40 and the car wasn't finished until 6:13. That's over 2 hours just to rotate the tires. A job that should take about 30 minutes. Totally unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!

Not too thrilled. Mechanic said he checked tire pressure, but obviously didn't! Rear tire 5 lbs low.
Got out to ask them to fill tire, but two mechanics continued to change wipers on another car.
Ridiculous. Wonder if he even changed the oil.

Very slow service. They were training new workers and it took almost 2 hours to do a simple oil change.
