Although I made an appointment for this visit, they only had 2 of the 4 tires I needed. Then they took off the 2 tires with the best tread and left the 2 worse tires. They did not contact me when they were done so I was left wondering around the store with 2 small children for 2 hours unnecessarily.

The front guys where great helping me but to only have one set of a popular size truck tire in stock was ridiculous .But I was still able to get tires for more money but they did make it right .also it's nit the coustomers fault that the shop is the well stl k with tires and customers might have to wait till they can order

Had my tires rotated. They got right to it as soon as they had an opening. They didn't take very long to do it. Very polite & friendly. Drove my truck around some & then rechecked the lug nuts to make sure they were tight. I liked that.

I just had my car detailed, and when they were finished with my oil change, they had not used something to protect the driver's side carpet, and there was grease and oil footprints all over it. Not the usual service I have been used to.

Friendly mechanics and quick service. Making an appointment was difficult because I booked online, had the website cancel me and then called and spoke to someone who didn't seem to understand what he was doing. Cashier at checkout didn't seem well informed either.

Got there first thing at 7 AM, and they got me right in. Mounted and balanced a couple tires for me in the rear of my car, and did an oil change in about two hours. Left the oil a half a quart low, but otherwise I'm satisfied. Friendly, fast but thorough, and fair.

I didn't like the service we got . Because workers out there talking and vaping we had appointment at 11:30 our truck didn't get in until 11:54 after the boss came back to talk to them after they watched the cameras. I paid 66.00 for oil change which after there employees set there watching us looking to see if our truck was in laughing cutting up.

Did not have an appointment but noticed there was no cars being worked on so decided to see if they could rotate my tires. Waited at counter for quite awhile for employee to show up to write up the ticket. Then after me saying two or three times that I had the lifetime rotation deal the employee rang it up and said I owed 20 bucks. So had to wait again for a manager to come and fix it. But other then that it was an ok appointment.

I'm disappointed to the max , they didn't change air filter like they were asked, put pennzoil instead of Valvoline like was put in last time plus 3 hour wait. When I ask why air filter wasn't changed they said they weren't told to said if I could wait they would change it but I had already say long enough.

I had an appointment at 1:00pm. They didn't start working on the installation of my tires until 2:30pm. When they started working on my truck they stopped to work on other vehicles. They finished at 4:00pm. Also the couches the people sit on need to be wiped down during the day and again at night before closing as there was an odor on the material. This was a very unpleasant experience.

The staff at the Auto Center is pretty lethargic. Good value for the tires but it was entered as one tire replaced yet this was a replacement of all four tires. It would have included an oil change but they didn't have the filter in stock (?) which is a poor excuse when I can purchase a filter or get an oil change anywhere around town but they can't find a filter here?
