I called for an oil change and received an appointment the next day. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly front desk staff member. The technicians took my car maybe 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I know this because they send text messages to give you real time status. I was out there within 35 minutes. This was a great experience.

Walmart computer system sent me texts 2 weeks in a row that I needed to reschedule since my tires weren't in and automatically cancelled my appointment. The tires were indeed there! Then a guy told me I ordered the wrong tires when they were the exact tire already on the car

Service was great. The only issue I had is that when we made the appointment, we actually came in to pre pay for the service. We needed 4 new tires. When we came for our appointment, they charged us for installment, which is fine but we were told when we pre-paid that it included everything. Other then that service was great.

If you want to wait for a 3 hour wait for an oil change this is the place for you. Especially after making an appointment. No updates or information about the delay. I had to ask a mechanic in the bay. He indicated that the oil change lifts were being repaired. It wouldve been nice to have someone tell you before I arrived.

I know a LOT of people have negative things to say but the technicians took care of me and customer service at the register was spot on. Need to give KUDOS where they are due. They took care of my tire and had me out of there in a reasonable amount of time for my tire service

There was corrosion from the old battery that was never removed from the bracket that was covering the new battery which we have since cleaned up. Water level in the cells were extremely low in the new battery. When we asked the auto center manager if they check the water level in the new batteries he replied that was not their standard practice. Our only hope is that the battery purchased is new and will last.
