They didn't check my tires whatsoever. It needed air. I noticed a nail in my tire today. They didn't rotate the tires so I had to wait for them to go do that for me. I love your pricing and I'm very happy you'll be going by appointments. That will really help not wait for 3 hours. I love walmart

Ordered the recommended tires on the Walmart app, made an 8 am appointment to get them installed. Was told we ok reseed the wrong tires? And had to refund and repurchase the "correct " tires. Ended up waiting there until noon. They were not very empathetic to something that wasn't our fault.

Went it to plug my tire was told it would be free. 1st customer of the day and still waited over 2 hours. Then to top it off they told me my total was $16.50.
They amount was not the problem being quoted a price for it to change was on top of the wait.

I had a 5 30 appt and sit there until 6 30,the car get done 6 10 and if i didn't see the guy with the key thrown on the counter and get up to ask him if my car not ready maybe i would still be sitting there, Walmart need responsible people to run that part of the business, the other times I've been there it was great.

New Tires... Everything went as planned. When the worker brought the work order out and placed it for finished. The text came in as done. I waited over 30 minutes until I just got up and stood in the line at the desk and finally got invoice paid and left on my way.
