I ordered 4 tires from Walmart and scheduled an appointment for installation. I arrived 10 minutes early first person there, they didn't start on my car for an hour and 15 minutes mine was the first to go back. Then they tell me there was a mixup and they only had 3 of the 4 tires I ordered. They said they had installed 2 and wanted to know how I wanted to proceed. I told them I would just order 2 more tires and schedule another appointment. They had installed the 2 tires on the same side of the car. I was there 3 hours for 2 tires to be installed. A week later I return arriving 10 minutes early and the second person in line. Two people were placed in front of me, when I asked why I was told, "they had an appointment." When I reminded her that I had an appointment too and was there first she was like, "oh that's right, strange..." I eventually got the 2 tires installed, but was there for 3 hours again!! By far the worst customer service ever!
