Not happy first of all there is no way to make an appointment to change out the tire sensors, so you would have to be there as soon as they open, I needed to change 3 sensors because only one tire was working. Take the care as soon as they open , drop it off. 20 minutes later they called me saying they couldn't do all 3 because they only had 1?!
So I have been waiting for them to order these sensors for over 2 weeks now

Took an 1 1/2 hours to do my simple pit crew oil change while 3 fat service guys stood around talking and not doing anything. The service manager, Frank, did a good job of helping me and he kept busy while the others just stood around. Pathetic group. That was my last time going to that place.

Brandie is the only one who works there with any sense or customer service skills as far as I have seen. After telling them to skip the oil change appointment so the next appointment could be started on time they did not start working on the car until an hour and a half after my initial appointment time. Most of the employees have no idea what is going on and severely lack basic customer service skills.

Tires were to be rotated but each tire had different pressure. I did take back because low air light came on and they addressed the issue quickly and at no charge

Had 9am appt that was only to take 1hr. Received text at 9:45 that they were beginning service. Then was told tires I purchased was missed marked and was two different sizes. Then received text saying service had been canceled come get my car. They said text was sent in error. Finished with service at 11:45! Actually had to go back later that day because I was lied to about old tires being placed in trunk and was not!!

I had my oil changed on February 4th 2024 a few weeks later my low engine oil light came on I stopped in Walmart parking lot to check my oil it was bone dry went to the auto center and come to find out they hadn't put any in when I got it changed a few weeks back.

They changed the oil fast and notified me wvery move they made... only thing I didn't like and if I'm wrong I apologize, but I always had my tires checked and they put that I denied it but I would never and this occasion especially because we was driving 6 hrs out of town...

One vehicle was ahead of mine for service. It took them 3.5 hrs for my oil change and tire rotation, no reason for that kind of wait when the other vehicle was getting a new tire and nothing else. If it had been busy I wouldn't have gotten it done but I was told it wouldn't be long because there was just the 1 vehicle ahead of mine..

It took the cashier 20 minutes to register my vehicle to repair my tire he asked me my name and phone number and tire size four times he inputted the information.
