They did a good job balancing the tires, but it took them about 90 minutes to do the job. I began the timer once the car was inside the working space. Simply unacceptable.

Slow, and not promised when they say ..... I feel I wait all day for a tire rotation whether Im the first on the books or not. It seems my vehicle gets pushed back to take other vehicle with back get issues.

I needed a new battery installed. After waiting for over two and a half hours I purchased the battery, some cheap gloves, a small wrench set, and the anti-corrosion spray/felt protectors and went out to my car to install it myself. The manager came out and said, "You're installing your own battery?" I told him, "Yes, I've been waiting for over two and a half hours." He just said, "Oh, ok" and walked off. I haven't even checked to see if I have gotten my core charge back yet. The funny thing was I got notification on my phone that my car was ready after I'd gotten back home.
